BIO
Currently, I practice private client sessions and group classes in somatic approaches: Integrative Bodywork and Movement Therapy (IBMT), SomaticBODY. I am also a teacher at the Moscow Contact Improvisation Community.
- Engaged in Contemporary Dance since 2002. Started dancing Contact Improvisation (CI) in 2006 and teaching CI since 2008.
- Since 2006, has been involved in body work and movement therapy.
- From 2014 to 2019, completed a program at the Institute for Integrative Bodywork and Movement Therapy with Linda Hartley (dip. IBMT).
- From 2019 to 2021, graduated from the Christine Cole SomaticBODY Training (SBT) program.
- Assists in two international professional somatic training programs in Moscow (IBMT, SBT), and teaches movement courses in Russia and Europe.
Working with me individually helps to address various physical and life-related challenges through the body.
In his practice, Artem utilizes somatic approaches from IBMT/SBT, as well as
- practices from other somatic approaches;
- body-oriented psychotherapy;
- process-oriented psychotherapy;
- an integral approach;
- and practices related to movement and self-expression through the body.
